Policies

 Shipping

  • All orders ship free of charge via standard delivery to any address in the United States of America. 
  • We accept orders placed from anyone, anywhere in the world, however we do not ship to international addresses. 
  • Order tracking information is typically provided via email within 2 to 3 business days following order confirmation and payment clearing. 
  • Should any item(s) in your order not be in stock, but be on backorder status with the manufacturer, we will notify you via email. 
  • Should you require expedited shipping, please Contact Us and we'll provide you with a quote. 

Returns

  • Any brand-new item purchased from www.shopaudioexperience.com may be returned for any reason. 
  • Any and all returns requested for any reason other than the received item being DOA (Dead On Arrival) are subject to a 25% restocking fee with return shipping costs paid by the purchaser. 
  • Returns for DOA items carry no restocking fee and return shipping costs are covered in full by Audio Experience. 
  • All return requests must be submitted no later than the 7th day following the delivery of the completed order to its destination. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and the specific product(s) you would like to return for further instructions.
  • Once a return request has been approved, buyers are responsible for providing valid return tracking information to us via a reply email within 3 business days of receipt of the RMA approval email. 
  • In any/all cases where an order is returned in a condition different than that of it when sold, if a return request is initiated past the 7th day following delivery to its destination, or if return tracking is provided to Audio Experience outside the 3 business day window following receipt of the RMA, the return and subsequent refund will be denied.

Communication

  • Any and all inquiries submitted to Audio Experience via email, text, or voicemail will under normal circumstances be responded to within 2 business (Mon.–Fri.) days. 
  • If the inquiry falls on a vacation day, there will be a notice on our phone voicemail system to that effect along with the estimated return date. 

Payment

  • Audio Experience accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal. 

Warranty

  • As an authorized dealer and/or reseller for all our brands, all brand-new products purchased from Audio Experience will include the full manufacturer’s warranty. 
  • Any item sold in other than in brand-new condition, and/or deemed as “Manufacturer Refurbished”, “B-Stock”, “C-Stock”, “Showroom/Floor/Demo Model”, or “Pre-Owned/Used” will not include warranty coverage of any kind.
  • Should you require a warranty claim for any brand-new item purchased from Audio Experience, please Contact Us and we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to sort out your situation as quickly as possible. 

Services & Expectations 

  • Audio Experience does not provide complimentary technical support, troubleshooting, product training, consultation, or any other pre or post purchase support of any kind related to anything purchased from Audio Experience and/or anything related to anything either currently or previously owned by the purchaser that may be in any way related to anything purchased from Audio Experience. 
  • Any and all pre or post purchase support of any kind other than the processing of warranty claims carry a fee of $150 per hour with a one hour minimum.  

Order Placement & Availability 

  • When placing an order with Audio Experience, prepayment in full is always required. 
  • Any cancellations made following shipment to you from the manufacturer will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the order total. 
  • Specific product availability and lead time will vary, both by manufacturer, as well as by product. Further details can be made available at your request. 

Standard Pre-Orders

  • Standard production items that are pending release, are temporarily out of stock, or are on backorder will require a deposit of 25% of the MSRP for a preorder to be placed. 
  • Cancellation and a full refund of the deposit is allowed up until the point at which the manufacturer provides an invoice or sales order, confirming the order processing. 
  • Once confirmation is provided by the manufacturer, the remaining 75% balance of the order is due, and any cancellations following this point will result in a forfeited deposit. 

Limited Run Pre-Orders

  • Preorders of limited edition items with a finite quantity that are available without guaranteed allocation, will require a 50% deposit of the MSRP. 
  • Deposits are fully refundable exclusively in cases where allocation is not met. 
  • Refunds will not be granted until the manufacturer definitively updates the purchase order confirming that allocation will not be met and the order will not be fulfilled. 
  • Refunds will be issued immediately upon notification by the manufacturer that allocations have expired and your order will not receive allocation for fulfillment. 
  • For all orders to be fulfilled, email notification will be provided, at which point the remaining 50% of the order balance is due. 
  • Cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit. 

Consulting Services

  • Audio Experience provides professional consultation services for both stereo and home theater related builds at the rate of $150 per hour with a one hour minimum. Contact Us to learn more. 

Product Installation

  • CT based customers that desire to have Audio Experience install anything purchased from us, installation services may be available at the rate of $150 per hour with a one hour minimum. We do not provide product installation services for anything purchased outside of Audio Experience and reserve the right to refuse any/all installation requests for any reason. 

Pricing, Sales, Discounts, & Promotions

  • Audio Experience sells brand-new products exclusively at the MSRP price set by the manufacturer for all brands we represent without exceptions. 
  • We do not price match, nor will we participate in negotiation, haggling, or bartering of any kind. 
  • Audio Experience participates in all sales, discounts, and promotions, made available directly from the manufacturers we represent, and do not offer sales, discounts, or promotions beyond the scope of those made available from our partner brands.
  • For items deemed as “Manufacturer Refurbished”, “B-Stock”, “C-Stock”, “Showroom/Floor/Demo Model”, or “Pre-Owned/Used”, we will match any competitors currently advertised price of like kind condition. 

Privacy Policy

  • Audio Experience will not share or sell any of our client’s personal information under any circumstances beyond conducting normal business operations specifically with the brands we represent and the distribution companies we utilize, where applicable.
