Up to 50 Hours of Battery Life
Let nothing stand in the way of your listening pleasure. Keep on listening with up to 50-hour battery life when using Bluetooth with ANC activated. The fast charging capability provides a further 5 hours of listening in just 10 minutes. When you charge the headphones while they are switched off, the charging process is even faster. The Smart Control app displays the battery charge status, and voice prompts inform you of the remaining battery life when needed.

Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode
Go from total immersion to situational awareness with ease. The Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation automatically reduces ambient noise so you can stay immersed and hear every detail, even in noisy environments. The Adaptive mode provides automatic reduction depending on the noise conditions for optimal performance. Continuous and low-frequency noise, such as motor or fan noise, is particularly well suppressed. Wind Noise Reduction offers three settings: Off, Auto for automatically adjusted reduction to minimize disturbing wind or movement noise, and Max for maximum wind noise reduction. Need to hear an announcement on the train or have a quick conversation? Just activate the versatile Transparency Mode to hear outside sounds without removing your headphones. The intensity of the Transparency Mode and ANC can be gradually adjusted through the Smart Control app, allowing you to determine how much ambient noise reaches your ears. The Automatic Pause feature can be configured to mute audio playback when Transparency Mode is activated at maximum intensity, or you can choose to have audio continue mixed with ambient sounds.

Intuitive Touch Controls
The headphones feature an intuitive touch pad control system on the right ear cup. Control music playback with tap gestures, adjust volume with vertical swipes, skip tracks with horizontal swipes, switch between ANC and Transparency Mode, and manage phone calls all through simple touch gestures. The multi-function button provides access to power, Bluetooth pairing, voice assistant activation, microphone muting, and battery status checks. The touch pad function can be deactivated through the Smart Control app to avoid unintentional entries when needed.

Smart Pause Functionality
The headphones are equipped with a sensor that automatically detects whether the headphones are worn or taken off from your ears. Music playback pauses when you take off the headphones and continues when you put them on again. A phone call is accepted when you put on the headphones, and a phone call is muted when you take off the headphones during the call and resumed when you put the headphones back on. The sensor function can be deactivated via the Smart Control app if desired. After taking off the headphones, they automatically switch off after 15 minutes, with the time span adjustable through the app.

Four MEMS omni-directional microphones with dual 2x2-mic beamforming array technology ensure high-quality voice pick-up for optimized calls and easier voice assistant access. The advanced microphone system ensures you can be heard perfectly during calls even in noisy environments. The Sidetone function allows your own voice to be audible in the headphones during phone calls for more comfortable communication, with adjustable intensity through the Smart Control app. During phone calls, Active Noise Cancellation is always activated to ensure the best possible speech intelligibility.

Versatile Connectivity
Connect via Bluetooth 5.2 with support for aptX Adaptive, aptX, AAC, and SBC codecs for high-resolution audio. If your audio source supports aptX Adaptive or AAC, music is automatically played in high audio quality. USB-C connectivity allows direct audio streaming from Mac/PC/mobile devices, with the headphones serving as both audio output and input device. The included analog audio cable with 3.5mm and 2.5mm jack plugs provides wired connectivity when Bluetooth is unavailable or restricted. When the audio cable is connected, flight mode is automatically activated and Bluetooth is deactivated. The headphones can save connection profiles of up to six Bluetooth devices and maintain active connections to two devices simultaneously. Multipoint connectivity allows you to seamlessly switch between devices for calls, music, and videos. Flight mode can be activated by pressing the multi-function button five times or by connecting the analog audio cable, maintaining ANC functionality while disabling Bluetooth.

Smart Control App
The Sennheiser Smart Control app provides access to all functions and settings of the headphones. Customize sound using the built-in equalizer with predefined presets, sound modes such as bass boost, or create your own settings. The Sound Personalization feature assesses your listening preferences and adjusts the listening experience according to your taste. Adjust ANC settings including Adaptive mode and Wind Noise Reduction with three intensity levels, configure Transparency Mode intensity and automatic pause behavior, manage Bluetooth connections through Connection management, customize the headphones' device name, adjust Sidetone intensity, configure Smart Pause settings and automatic switch-off timing, deactivate touch pad function, delete the Bluetooth pairing list, reset to factory default settings, and install firmware updates. Voice prompts and sound signals can be activated or deactivated through app settings.
