The Sennheiser RR 5200 wireless in-ear stethoset receiver headphones are available as a single stand alone headset specifically made to work in conjunction with the Sennheiser TR 5000 transmitter. When you need more than one pair of stethoset headphones, purchase one RS 5200 system, which includes a single TR 5000 transmitter and a single RR 5200 headset, and then however many additional RR 5200 headsets you need for up to 4 people to be able to listen.

Volume & Balance
The RR 5200 stethoset receiver features Volume + and Volume – buttons for independent volume adjustment. When the minimum or maximum volume is reached, you hear a beep. If you have set a very high volume level and switch the system off and on again, the volume is reset to a moderate level to protect your hearing. The balance buttons on the transmitter (L and R) allow for left/right volume adjustment so you hear equally well with both ears. The balance setting is stored on the stethoset receiver, meaning each receiver retains its own personalized balance when multiple receivers are used with one transmitter. Simultaneously pressing the L and R balance buttons for 3 seconds resets the balance to the middle setting. To prevent accidental adjustment, both the balance and hearing profile settings can be protected via the advanced settings mode.

Battery & Charging
The RR 5200 stethoset receiver features a built-in BAP 800 lithium polymer rechargeable battery (3.7 V, 350 mAh) providing up to 12 hours of operating time with a complete charging cycle of approximately 3 hours. Before first use, charge the battery for a complete cycle without interruption. To charge, place the stethoset receiver into the transmitter's charging compartment so that the volume buttons face upwards — the receiver is magnetically oriented to the correct position and automatically switches off. The Battery LED on the transmitter displays the charge status during charging via LED segments, and all segments light up when fully charged. Always store the stethoset receiver in the transmitter's charging compartment to ensure it is fully charged when needed; the intelligent battery charging technology prevents overcharging. When the battery is almost empty, the Receiver status LED lights up red and you hear 2 beeps. An optional MCA 800 charging adapter can also be used for independent charging without the transmitter. The rechargeable battery is built into the receiver housing and does not require regular replacement, but if operating time decreases drastically or a charging error occurs, the battery may need to be replaced by an authorized Sonova Consumer Hearing partner (replacement during the warranty period must be performed by an authorized partner to maintain warranty).

Stethoset Design & Wearing
The RR 5200 stethoset receiver is worn so that it hangs freely from the ears and rests lightly on the chest. Ear bows feature an on/off function — pull the ear bows apart to switch on, fold them together to switch off (the receiver automatically switches off after 20 seconds). When putting the receiver on, observe the L (left) and R (right) markings on the rear of the ear bows, with the volume buttons facing away from your body. The ear pads should be positioned just in front of the ear canals with a gentle pressure on the ears — the pads adapt to ear form and any feeling of pressure should disappear after a short time. If using memory foam ear pads, they can be compressed slightly to adjust to ear shape.
