Dedicated Drivers for Focus and Detail
A long-throw 3-inch woofer works with a precisely engineered aluminium tweeter and waveguide to deliver clean vocals, articulate bass, and crisp detail. Together they create an expansive soundstage, revealing subtle textures even at close listening distances. Each speaker is a two-channel ported system pairing a 21mm aluminium dome tweeter with a 3″ PP cone woofer and a rear reflex port.

Instant, Effortless Listening
Pair once and press play, with no apps or setup required. With Bluetooth aptX HD and multiple wired inputs provided, the L/R S make listening straightforward, offering warm, immediate sound that feels full and engaging however you choose to connect. An analogue auxiliary input accepts sources such as a CD player, tuner, or turntable with an integrated phono stage; an optical TOSLINK input connects a TV, streamer, or CD player; and a USB-C audio input connects to PC and Mac computers as well as some Android smartphones.

DynamEQ
DynamEQ subtly adjusts low and high frequencies as the volume changes, maintaining natural balance and warmth whether you are listening quietly or turning it up. It keeps every track sounding full and confident, without you needing to touch a single setting.

EQ Modes
Three selectable EQ modes — Normal, Movie, and Voice — tailor the sound to your content. The speaker can also be set to remember the volume setting and the EQ setting of each input independently.

Optimised for Smaller Spaces
Desktop and room-placement modes tailor the L/R S to your environment. Desktop mode reduces midrange energy and adjusts tweeter time alignment to compensate for reflections from a desk surface, while the position setting can be set to Free Space when the speakers are more than 20cm from a wall, or Near Wall when they are against or very near a wall. Optional angled desk stands lift and tilt the speakers to direct sound towards the listener.

Speaker-to-Speaker Connection
Speaker-to-speaker linking is handled by the supplied 2m two-way high-level signal cable, delivering a robust, hassle-free connection in any environment. An optional 5m cable is available for positioning in larger spaces or on stands. A speaker selection switch sets whether the primary speaker is located to the left or right for a correct stereo image.

Subwoofer Output
A subwoofer output allows connection of any external subwoofer. For best sound quality, low-frequency signals stop being reproduced by the L/R S when a subwoofer is connected, so the subwoofer should remain on when listening, or be disconnected from the rear of the L/R S.

Design & Finishes
Available in six finishes, the L/R S combine a compact footprint with an understated, contemporary design. Their clean rear panel and optional tilt stand help them blend naturally into the home. The front LED changes colour depending on the selected source: blue for Bluetooth, white for USB, pink for optical, and orange for auxiliary.
