Audio Experience is offering these non acoustically effective decorative wooden panels because there are installations where the design language must remain consistent, but using exclusively acoustic panels would be inadvisable from an acoustic treatment standpoint. These decorative panels solve for this to ensure synergy in the design aesthetic, while also allowing for implementation of the HEXAGO acoustic panels as much as is required to ensure the room is treated properly for optimal sound performance. Shipping is a fixed all-in rate of $319 per m² (freight + import duties + customs processing; no post-delivery charges). Minimum order: 4 m². Orders are non-cancellable once production begins and non-refundable except for transit damage or defect; damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

The EDGE wood panel collection offers a wide range of inspirations based on finesse geometric patterns. Three-dimensional forms are created by cutting planes at different angles and accentuating the edges of adjacent surfaces. The PILLOW model is a 3D wooden decor panel set in a square. The spatial front is shaped by five asymmetrical planes, refracted at different angles. The whole creates an irregular, avant-garde geometric solid, resembling an asymmetrical pyramid with a truncated cone. The perpendicular form makes for efficiency and ease of assembly, with quick and easy DIY installation. Made to order in Poland, with typical delivery of 6–8 weeks from order confirmation (~5 weeks production + 1–2 weeks express international transit and customs clearance).

Asymmetric Softness
PILLOW translates the visual comfort of upholstered surfaces into solid wood — five asymmetrical planes creating a living interplay of light that is tactile, unexpected, and unmistakably architectural. Its square profile keeps assembly clean and predictable, even when the wall effect is complex. Rotate the modules, design your own checkered rhythm, and tailor the tone through wood species and finishing — the final wall is guaranteed to match the intent. To master the natural tension of timber, the solid wood surface is fused with a high-density plywood core; this architectural layering provides a counter-force to the grain, keeping the panel structurally stable and perfectly flat. Digital CNC accuracy is merged with manual artisanal finishing, with each panel refined and polished by hand for a seamless finish.

Suited for All Interiors
The name of the model is inspired by the visual effect of the so-called ‘soft cushion’, which is obtained when the decoration is mounted on the wall. PILLOW panels are a perfect match for modern interiors, make a space dynamic, and emphasize independence and individuality.

Designed to Relax You
The unusual pattern attracts attention and catches the eye, increases the prestige of the interior, and creates a wide range of design possibilities (e.g. chequered wood grain). The finesse of the design can be broken, toned down, or diversified by using, for example, a flat counterpart in the form of the SQUARE panel from the FLAT collection.

Wood Species & Tailored Finish
Available in European oak, American walnut, and ash, sourced exclusively from strictly managed, sustainable forests with every plank traceable to its source. Oak’s rich tannin content grants total mastery over color, with an essential palette of six stains: Snow White (C01), Silky Gray (C02), Black (C03), Natural (C04), Dark Brown (C05), and Nordic Raw (C06). A bespoke finishing service can match a supplied oil specification or physical flooring sample; raw, precision-sanded panels are available for on-site finishing workflows; and a varnishing service offers any shade from the RAL/NCS libraries. Due to the organic nature of timber, natural variations in grain, texture, and color are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.

GLOW Series LED Lighting Compatibility
As a panel from the EDGE collection, the PILLOW can be transformed into a source of architectural light via the Form At Wood GLOW series (A’Design Award & Competition Winner 2025 Silver). The integrated system disappears into the panel’s geometry, leaving only a precise glow that reveals the wood’s rhythm. High-density COB LED strips ensure a continuous, flicker-free line of light without visible diode points, blending seamlessly with the panel’s geometry. Chromatic versatility spans 2700K–6500K with dynamic intensity up to 1300 lm, and dual-channel modulation allows real-time adjustment of both color temperature (CCT) and luminous flux. A dedicated controller enables synchronized wireless communication between the panels, the RF remote, and the mobile interface, with preset modes; the system requires a 24V DC power supply unit (included), compatible with global voltage standards (110-230V AC). The LED SYSTEM consists of a dedicated panel base and a matching LED strip; for the selected number of light points, it is necessary to choose the appropriate power supply kit. LED ACCESSORIES include a set comprising a power supply and controller with remote control, all with appropriately matched specifications, as well as the necessary cables and plugs. Installation is plug & play; lamps can be positioned wherever you wish, and the underside of the lamp has a specially designed mounting system allowing the lamp to be easily removed when needed, with a mounting template included in the kit.
