Connections & Operation
The BP7 accepts high-level and low-level (line-level) inputs via gold-plated stereo RCAs, usable as full-range left/right or LFE/Subwoofer connections from an external preamplifier, integrated amplifier, or receiver. A 12V trigger input activates or deactivates the subwoofer from a connected component, and a USB power output connects a wireless subwoofer signal receiver. A three-way activation switch offers Auto (signal sensing), Trigger (12V), or On (always active) operation, with a two-colour LED indicating standby and active states. Bass Level, Crossover, and Phase (0°/180°) controls allow precise integration; when using an LFE signal, the crossover control is set to LFE (max). The BP7 ships with North American and European power cords, operates on universal voltage (100V–240V, 50/60 Hz), and is Energy Star compliant with 0.5W standby.
