The 3-way Reference 8300 flagship tower speaker features RBH's award-winning aluminum cone technology and easily outperforms tower speakers costing much more. The 8300 lets its listeners experience their favorite movies and music in a way never thought possible, until now. Remarkable full-range performance is provided by the aluminum cone 8-inch woofers, reference 6½-inch mid-range drivers, and AMT tweeter. Dual rear-firing ports help the 8300 achieve its full-range response, and dual 5-way binding posts allow for increased performance through bi-amplification with a subwoofer amplifier such as DA-1202DSP.

Full range down to 25Hz, the Reference 8300 enhances the Signature 8300 experience further with three key upgrades: an RBH Reference AMT tweeter, dual RBH Reference aluminum mid drivers with solid metal phase plugs, and an enhanced crossover circuit.

AMT Tweeter
The Reference 8300 features a 1.38" x 1" (35 x 25mm) Air Motion Transformer (AMT) tweeter. These reference drivers provide extended frequency response reaching up to 40 kHz, greater power handling, and improved dynamic range.

Reference Phase-Plug Mid-Woofers
Two 6.5" (165mm) reference aluminum cone phase plug mid-woofers seamlessly integrate with the AMT tweeter to deliver unrivaled detail and accuracy through the critical midband. The 6.5" and 8" drivers are available in Black or Silver cones, providing timbre matched options for multi-channel sound across all freestanding, bookshelf, on-wall and in-wall products in the SF, SV or SI-Series. All drivers feature durable NBR surrounds.

Award-Winning Aluminum Cone Bass Drivers
Three 8" (203mm) aluminum cone bass drivers feature RBH's award-winning aluminum cone technology, providing the foundational low-frequency performance that allows the 8300 to easily outperform tower speakers costing much more.

Dual Rear-Firing Ports
Dual rear-firing ports help the 8300 achieve its full-range response down to 25Hz, delivering remarkable low-frequency extension and dynamic impact.

Bi-Wire / Bi-Amp Capability
Dual 5-way binding posts allow for increased performance through bi-amplification with a subwoofer amplifier such as DA-1202DSP. Combine with the DA-1202DSP amplifier to enable custom fine-tuning resulting in a visceral, thrilling performance in your own listening environment.

Heavily Braced HDF Cabinet
Constructed of heavily braced High Density Fiberboard (HDF), the cabinet is finished in Satin Black or Satin White and supported by machined solid metal adjustable spiked feet for cabinet stability.

Magnetic Grille & Finish Options
A 1/2" MDF magnetically attached grille is included, available in black or white high quality cloth. The cabinet is finished in Satin Black or Satin White.

Hand Assembled in USA
Individually hand assembled and tested. Cabinet made in USA of High Density Fiberboard (HDF).
