Dual 8" Reference Aluminum Cone Woofers
You will love the opportunities to bring amazing bass to spaces previously thought not possible. The Signature 88-M and Reference 1212-M deliver at levels way beyond their stature. The rear ported Signature 88-M can be powered by your amp choice or our DA-1202DSP. The Signature 88-M features dual 8" reference aluminum cone woofers in an anodized aluminum cone cast metal frame with durable NBR surround and machined metal adjustable feet.

HDF Cabinet
The Signature 88-M cabinet is constructed from ¾-inch High Density Fiberboard (HDF) with heavy internal bracing, individually hand assembled and tested in the USA, and is available in satin black or white. A magnetically attached black or white high quality fabric grille with a ½" MDF frame is included.

Series Compatibility
You may recognize these as the subwoofer bases for our modular tower models, specifically the 61-M, 621-M, (both signature and reference variants), as well as SFTR. They also serve very well as high output, narrow footprint subwoofers on their own to be placed in areas most subs can't fit. The Signature 88-M provides timbre-matched options for multi-channel sound across all freestanding, bookshelf, on-wall, and in-wall products in the SF, SV, and SI-Series.
