For home theater, the 661-SF/R’s dual 6½‑inch reference aluminum cone woofers and AMT tweeter deliver crystal-clear dialog and vibrant sound effects with superb clarity and acoustic performance. These reference drivers provide extended frequency response, greater power handling and improved dynamic range. The 661-SF/R is versatile enough that it can be used for nearly any main or effect channel in a multi-channel surround sound system.

This popular MTM (mid-tweeter-mid) configuration sets the standard for home theater sound and combines the power of multiple drivers for greater dynamic response and directivity.

Upgraded Where it Matters
Very simply, the 661-SF/R is a 661-SF with an upgraded AMT tweeter in place of the soft dome tweeter and an upgraded aluminum cone driver with solid aluminum phase plug in place of the aluminum cone driver without the phase plug. 

Timbre Matched
Provides timbre matched sound for multi-channel home theater applications across all freestanding, bookshelf, on-wall and in-wall products in the SF, SV or SI-Series.
